IMO Foundation Scholarship Program

The IMO Foundation Scholarship Program was established to carry on the name of deceased family members and friends.  In the Fall of 2008, the Foundation's first scholarship was introduced.

The scholarship honors a new name each year.  The Board of Directors accept nominations and conduct a vote to determine the scholarship honoree.

Each year, at the Festival in June, the Foundation announces the name of the scholarship for the upcoming year.

Applications are accepted between October 1st and April 30th.  A Scholarship Selection Committee will review all applications.  Two family members and/or friends of the deceased, along with 2 Board Members, will be allowed to participate in the selection process.

The scholarship winner is presented before June and announced at the Foundation's annual Summer Festival in June.

All scholarship funds must be paid towards qualified education expenses.  Qualified education expenses include tuition and fees; and course-related expenses such as books, supplies, and equipment.

The 2010 IMO Scholarship honors Colleen Bellecourt.  The scholarship application can be viewed below.
