Always the 2nd weekend of June, the I.M.O. Festival promises to kick off your summer with a weekend full of entertainment.  For just $50 per person, you'll enjoy a Scavenger Hunt, Dinner on Friday Night, participate in a Poker or Bingo Tournament, play in Saturday's Putting Challenge, Saturday Night Dinner, and wrap up the weekend with a memorable Award Ceremony.  To date, we've honored 80 deceased family and friends during our Festival's Award Cermony.  It's a great platform for everyone to carry on the spirit, the legacy, and the voice of family and friends no longer with us.

Guidelines For Attending the Summer Festival

*  You must be at least 16 years to participate in IMO events
*  Infants under 1 years old may attend IMO events
*  If you bring your children, you must arrange your own childcare  
*  Non-tribute sponsors (Fri Golf) will be awarded Friday evening - reducing length of AC
*  Deal or No Deal will be played Friday evening - reducing length of AC (Award Ceremony)
*  Filling Courtyard Rooms at the Evergreen (1-16) are critical - late night noise!
*  Poker Tourney - to speed up play, please register only if you understand the game
*  Poker Tourney - no more saving spots/folding blinds, if you're late - join Bingo
*  Poker Tourney - seatings will be announced/selected at the start - 8:30pm
*  Please only sponsor one person per sign
  

Learn About Our 2010 Summer Festival Events….

Best Ball Golf Tourney

Played at the Leavenworth Golf Club, Friday at 9:30am, this is 18 holes even the beginner can participate in.  The ‘Best Ball’ format allows us to assemble fair teams.  We play for 4 different sponsored prizes; including Closest-To-Pin, Best Team Score, Longest Putt, and Longest Drive.  Take that Friday off and come join us. Each golfer pays for his own golf and cart

Just $50 each includes the following and a 1 in 3 chance at prizes.

‘Locate The Loot’ Scavenger Hunt

On Friday afternoon, at around 3pm (Check-in Time), attendees are handed clues to an egg hidden somewhere in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth.  The person who locates the egg first wins $1for every person at IMO this year.

Welcome To IMO Reception-Al Volpone Memorial Barbeque

Leave the Westside early enough to ensure you arrive at the hotel Friday to attend this social event from 5pm to 8pm.  Enjoy complimentary food sponsored by Paul and Jamie Volpone and relax in the setting sun.  Get caught up with attendees you haven’t seen in the past year, meet new people, or mingle amongst friends and family.  This is an excellent warm up to the night’s main event, Poker/Bingo Tourney.

Poker/Bingo Tourney-Non Tribute Awards-After Party

Friday night, 8pm,at the Grange, this No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em event and Bingo event offers 8 sponsor opportunities.  Seating assignments will be drawn at the Grange at 8pm.  Knock out last years’ tourney winner and win Bill’s Bounty prize. We will have the Non Tribute Awards Ceremony. An After Party like no other. 9 prize opportunities.

Putting Challenge

On Saturday at 11am, this event takes place at the Enzian Championship Putting Course and offers 20 sponsor opportunities.  The course is for everyone.  Each hole is a tribute to someone we have lost.  Putt closest to the pin on any of the holes and win a great prize.  20 chances to win a prize.

Award Ceremony – Video Tribute

On Saturday from 5pm -11pm at the Grange, this event completes a memorable weekend with an Italian Dinner sponsored by Ralph & Carmen Mate with help from the Volpones, stories of legends, awards, presentations, prizes, and photos.
